Secure your PC with a smartcard and PIN, with this easy-to-use software from Dekart. This solution combines smartcard-based security with the convenience of not having to remember your Windows username or password. PCs can optionally be configured to lock or log off if a card is removed, and cards can be PIN protected to provide full 2-factor security.

Smartcard Logon comes complete with a preformatted ACOS2/3 card, and this package also includes the popular CardMan CM3121 USB desktop reader. Smartcard Logon works with stand-alone and networked PCs running Windows NT, 2000 or XP.

Licensed on a per-workstation basis, with an unlimited numbers of users allowed, Smartcard Logon also comes with Dekart’s Key Manager software which provides additional management tools for multiple cards and users.

This Smartcard Logon USB dongle is now available as a solution for multiple users sharing a PC or laptop, running Smartcard Logon software.

Additional dongles allow individuals to logon to their own Windows user accounts. The dongle is supplied with a pre-formatted logon card and can easily be attached to a key ring.

The attractive translucent exterior has a removable cover allowing for easy insertion and removal of the pre-formatted Smartcard Logon card and keeps it locked in place inside the unit.

Please note: For security reasons we recommend you set a PIN on your MasterKey card. The MasterKey card will self-destruct after 3 incorrect PIN entries. You can purchase an additional MasterKey card for backup purposes and/or back up the contents on your PC. Please follow the link below.

MasterKey Card 24k
MasterKey smartcard for use with CHIPDRIVE Smartcard Office software. Supplied in standard credit card size for use in a PC desktop reader, it is also perforated to convert to SIM size format for use in a SIM-sized reader.

This card has a built in self-destruction mechanism which will make the card unusable after 3 incorrect PIN attempts. Storage capacity: 24Kb equates to either 300 passwords/bookmarks or 150 passwords and 150 bookmarks. This can vary depending URL length.

Note - you will also require a Smartcard Office software license for each PC you wish to protect, although you can buy the card on its own for backup purposes.
