The CardMan 5321 is a dual interface USB 2.0 PC-linked reader that will read/write to both a 13.56 MHz RFID contactless smartcard and virtually any contact smartcard. The dual interface feature economically supports end-user environments where both contactless and contact smartcard technology may be in use.
The CardMan 5321 is based on a 13.56 MHz contactless smart card RFID interface that is compliant with ISO specifications 14443 A and B and 15693. The ACR38ET DualKey2 USB SIM reader from ACS is a pocket-sized USB 2.0 reader that is fully PC/SC and EMV Level 1 compliant, and which provides an additional integrated 1K Mifare contactless module.
Perfect for various logon, security and access control applications on desktop PCs or laptops, the reader comes complete with WHQL approved Windows drivers, as well as support for other operating systems such as Linux. The Mifare chip is accessible through a compatible reader such as the ACR120.
