Mifare 1K Metal Surface Tag
The ever-popular MiFare 1K chip from NXP, also known as Mifare Classic. This tag is designed to be attached on a metal surface, utilising specially designed shielding to allow continued contactless use without interference. Operates at 13.56 MHz wireless frequency, according to the ISO 14443A standard, and contains 1Kbytes of read/write memory that can be used for multiple applications.
MiFare chips typically operate at a distance of up to 10cm depending on the power provided by the reader.
Ideal for Mifare applications where the required surface is metal.
This tag is NFC forum enabled.
Supplied as 45mm x 30mm x 3mm self-adhesive tags with printed design.
