The Time Recording Starter Kit from CHIPDRIVE is a complete smartcard-based time tracking system for employees and projects. The stand-alone clocking terminal can be installed practically anywhere without the need for cables, so there is minimal effort on installation and set up. The intuitive PC software has powerful administration, management and reporting features and provides a quick and easy method for setting up employees and cards using the included desktop smartcard reader. Employees are issued with secure credit card sized clocking cards providing a convenient method to clock in and out that is protected against forgery.

The starter kit comprises all necessary components for up to 25 employees. The system supports up to 150 users per clocking terminal simply by buying additional user cards. The software also supports multiple clocking terminals, which are again available as an accessory.The system is scalable so multiple Network Terminals, additional stand-alone Terminals and configured PC terminals* can be used locally or remotely within the same organisation.

Simple interaction via employee either, insert and remove card or insert, input project code and remove card
Stores 1200 operations before a download is required
Project code input at clock in supported
Employees are issued with highly secure smartcard ID timekeeping cards
A single Transport smartcard downloads stored data from the clocking terminal
User cards are created and Transport cards downloaded via the included USB PC smartcard reader.
Each Stand-Alone Terminal has a unique ID for scalability
